The <strong>Managing Director<\/strong> oversees organisational operations and works closely with the <strong>Board of Directors<\/strong>, which is responsible for governance, policy formulation, and institutional development. The <strong>Administrative Body<\/strong>, led by the <strong>Lead Volunteer<\/strong>, manages the execution of programmes through various regional and functional clusters. The <strong>Public Relations Team<\/strong> and <strong>Technical Affairs, Media &amp; Design<\/strong> function under the Administrative Body and support the organisation&#8217;s communication, outreach, media, and technical operations. 2023, the Fourth Plenary Session was held under the presidentship of Johns Hazarika which marked successful three years accomplishment of INY&#8217;s service towards the society. The Plenary Session had the August presence of Hon. Deputy Commissioner of Nagaon, Sjt Narendra Kumar Shah, IAS; and Hon. Superintendent of Police, Nagaon, Sjt Nabaneet Mahanta , APS as the Chief Guests. Also, Principals of many colleges, Professors, Advocates , Social Workers , Journalists were present in the session. Plenary Session of INY Assam was held on 4th January 2026 at Pranab Baruah Kalakshetra, Nagaon, as part of the post-celebration of the organization&#8217;s 5th Foundation Day.The session was graced by Padma Shri Shri Drona Bhuyan and attended by distinguished personalities including Shri Bijit Barthakur, Shri Dilip Kumar Borah, Shri Naba Mahanta, Shri Mukul Prasad Barthakur, Shri Dipak Das, and Shri Abhishek Kabra.A key highlight of the session was the institution of the <strong>INY Lifelong Perseverance Award<\/strong>, introduced to honour individuals who demonstrate exceptional courage and determination in life. The event featured the ceremonial lamp lighting and flag hoisting, followed by INY Conclave 4.0 and a vibrant Dance Competition. Distinguished guests were felicitated, and the commemorative souvenir <em>&#8220;SPANDAN&#8221;<\/em> was formally launched.<\/p><p>This Plenary Session marked a significant milestone in the organization&#8217;s journey, as major organizational changes were introduced. The administrative hierarchy was restructured with the establishment of the positions of Chairman and Managing Director, along with the formation of the Board of Directors, strengthening the
